The T-Mobile US model would be pentaband. It has to in order to use T-Mobile's HSPA frequencies in the US (both PCS and AWS).

The predecessor of Lumia 925 should not be Lumia 920

[edit]

Although the Lumia 925 has some similar properties with Lumia 920, Lumia 925 is just a substeam of the Nokia's flagship phones.Wind-waves (talk) 18:26, 17 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Could we agree on a definition of the successor? I my opinion, the successor must be an enhancement, not just have similarities. It's easy to see that after 8 months, Lumia 925 had not much enhancement. In some ways it had diminished, such as the storage of Lumia 925 is 16GB, Lumia 920 is 32GB, and as for the screen technology, the arrangement of display pixels is pentile in Lumia 925, normal RGB in Lumia 920. Lumia 925 does not have built-in QI wireless charging technology, whereas 920 and 830 do. By my reasoning, Lumia 930 or Lumia Icon is the better choice for a successor of 920.[1][2] Wind-waves (talk) 07:05, 18 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
If you look at the Reception section I added, you can see most reviewers agree the Lumia 925 was overall an enhancement upon the 920. Further, several reviews explicitly name the 925 as the 920's successor, or vice versa, the 920 as the 925's predecessor. That's what we should go by, not our own personal assessment of how "successor" is defined or whether the 925 was better than the 920 or not, which would constitute original research.
